🔹 Immediate effect: Once your request is received, you may lose access to your account immediately.

After verifying your request, our team will process the deletion and notify you once it’s completed.

 

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

  • ❌ You will no longer be able to log into your Pro Sports account on our website (www.prosportskw.com), mobile app, or in-store systems.
  • ❌ All order history from past purchases made through our store, website, or app will be permanently deleted from our system.
  • ❌ Any reward points and benefits linked to your account will be removed and cannot be restored.
  • ❌ Any saved payment methods, addresses, and preferences will be erased from our active records.

 

What Will Not Be Deleted?

Your right to delete your account is not absolute, meaning some data will still be retained for legal, operational, and compliance reasons:

📌 Shopify Data Retention – As our platform is built on Shopify, certain transactional and account-related data may still be retained within Shopify's system in accordance with their policies. This includes invoices, tax records, and fraud prevention data.

📌 Legal Compliance – We are required to keep records of transactions for financial regulations, fraud prevention, and legal reporting.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you wish to use our services again, you will need to create a new account.
